Is it legal to use the data obtained using Baywotch to sued an eBay seller? It seems to me a violation of privacy that someone using Baywotch can access records that I can only access when log into my eBay account. For example, items sold during the last three months or posted auctions.

Does eBAY allows this or there are restrictions for the use of this tool?

Sorry! meine deutch ist nicht gut :(

if you sell via ebay you are open like a book. you don't need special software like baywotch to analyze sellers, you can do that very simple on that webpage for example: http://www.wortfilter.de/Tools/sellerst ... rsales.php

BayWotch is an eBay certified application:
http://cgi6.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?So ... ionId=1045

BayWotch works with data taken from the official eBay developer API:
http://developer.ebay.com/

Possible restrictions for using BayWotch can be found in our license agreement:

(Sorry, only german version available :-[ )

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
